SHIPMENT

Shipment free by DHL parcel (in some cases FEDEX or some other parcel can be used).

  • Average delivery time: 1 to 4 business days*

Shipping coverage

  • Free shipping within the Mexican Republic.
  • For international shipments, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Your purchase within the site www.cuby.mx is insured in case of loss by parcel.

Once your package has been delivered to the parcel company, the responsibility for its handling and delivery falls on them. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by parcels during shipping.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it and receive a 100% refund. The product must be returned in good condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns under the satisfaction guarantee are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns resulting from customer order errors (such as not verifying compatibility, selecting the wrong model, or ordering a product different from the one required) are also the responsibility of the customer.
