What guarantees does it have?

  • 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Satisfaction guarantee. Easy and free returns for 30 days

Can it be used without internet?

If it can be used without internet.

If you don't have an internet connection or don't want to use the app's functions, simply connect the display to a power outlet and it will show the tank readings directly on its screen.

For the initial setup process in the app, an internet connection is required, which can be via mobile data.

What temperature does it support?

The sensor is designed to work up to 70°C, but it is suggested not to operate it above 50°C, as high temperatures decrease battery life.

When the stationary gas tank has its lid on, the temperature remains low even when the sun is hitting it directly.
How long does the battery last?
The stationary tank sensor uses a CR123A battery that lasts on average 2 to 4 years and is easily replaced.

How accurate is it?
It is one of the most accurate sensors on the market thanks to its design.

The sensor has an error of +- 1% although in most cases its readings usually give errors of only 0.5% or less.

Is it waterproof?
Yes, the sensor is completely waterproof, with IP67 protection.

In addition to the protection, it has an internal humidity sensor that will alert you in case of water ingress. This could only happen if someone opened it and didn't close it correctly.

How often do you report?
Report every 2 hours or every time the gas reading changes by a certain percentage (0.3% in current versions).

When it detects that gas is being dispensed, it reports every 10 seconds. This allows for real-time readings.
