terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount paid for the products in the twelve (12) months prior to the accrual
of the applicable claim.

These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to the election or conflicts
of law provisions thereof, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with
This Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico. You agree to waive all defenses
of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum convenient and agree that process may be served in an authorized manner by
applicable law or court rule.
